The Dye/Print Lab
The Lab is fully equipped for chemical and natural dye processes. It has equipment and materials for fabric dyeing and painting, screen printing, shibori, batik, and digital fabric printing.
The Weaving Studio
The Studio allows students to explore both hand and digital weaving processes. It is equipped with 12 Macomber Add-a-Harness jack style floor looms, an AVL CompuDobby loom, and a TC2 Jacquard loom.
The Sewing Lab
The Sewing Lab supports coursework in experimental fashion and soft sculpture. It features domestic and industrial sewing machines, sergers, dress forms, cutting tables, a digital embroidery machine, and digital patterning.
