Pilar’s cross-disciplinary art practice is the point at which cultural codes and gender myths intersect and collide. They look into the body and its construction to unearth unconsidered potential and possibilities. As part of their residency, they will be facilitating group discussions with queer, trans, and gender-nonconforming PSU students of all gender expressions to discuss how clothing and fashion impact their experience of constructing their desired identity.
